Currently, LCO2 dry environmental-friendly cleaning process can remove oil from the CNC processed parts. The short process can save space, can replace the traditional ultrasonic wet cleaning processing, and there is no need to use chemical agents to avoid damaging environmental pollution. Carbon Dioxide itself cleaning process of not conductive, drying, and do not damage the surface of the product, so this technology can be used in laser marking, fiber-optics, optical lens, glass panels, Hard plate (PCB) and soft plate (FPCB),  lens chips and other industries surface cleaning treatment. Carbon Dioxide effectively removes surface particles, grease and fluxes from object. The removal process does not leave moisture or residue, no need for secondary cleaning, simplify the existing process to improve efficiency, to achieve energy-saving and environmental protection needs.
